Refund Policy for NLP++
Overview At Little Grass Shack Coaching, we aim to ensure that our customers have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it’s a live workshop, a virtual training session, or a blended learning program.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Little Grass Shack Coaching. We consider it imperative that you read and understand these terms, especially as they relate to returns and refunds.
Refund Before Course Start If you decide to cancel your participation in NLP++, you can do so up to the day the course starts and receive a 50% refund of the fee paid. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted via email to rickloek@gmail.com. Refund requests received before the course begins will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Prorated Refund After Course Start Once NLP++ has started, should you need to withdraw from the course for any reason, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. The refund will be calculated based on the number of complete days remaining in the course from the date of withdrawal. Please note, to process a prorated refund, you must notify us in writing of your decision to withdraw.
Non-refundable Items Please note that certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including:
- Application fees
- Materials fees (if any materials have been provided)
- Any charges for services consumed prior to your cancellation
Exclusions Refunds are only available for the course fees and do not cover any third-party services, such as accommodation charges associated with residential courses or travel expenses.
To Request a Refund To request a refund, please provide:
- Your name and contact information
- The course name and start date
- The date of your cancellation request
- A brief explanation of the reason for withdrawal (optional)
